How do I separate my song-intro-clics on a midi-file in order to avoid that they are played through the PA-speakers ? We need them in the stage-monitor-speakers, but not anywhere else. We are using a korg i-40 which is more or less semilar to the i-30 (just without keys). Thanks for your help - if you can. Erling erm@post12.tele.dk

Hello To All, I have two Roland SmartMedia cards (4MB) for auction on eBay. These suckers are rare and hard to get so check it out: http://cgi.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1402365935&r=0&t=0&showTutorial=0&ed=1010125458&indexURL=0&rd=1 They expand the MC-505 and JX-305's sequencer and pattern data and apply towards other Roland products as well. Take a peek!! Cheers! Dubhead

Hi; I recently purchased a KORG i40M and I use it to accompany "Praise & Worship." I wonder if there is a solution for eliminating the hic-up that occurs when a backing sequence loops? Is there a way to speed up the starting of SMFs, all of the files I use are Type 0? Thanks, Jim McCraw jmccrawb@cs.com

Hi there,- Thanks for a great site! My i40m arranger drives me crasy but I hope somebody here can help me. How can it be, that when I make an arrangement in BSQ and afterwards convert it to a Midi-file,- I can perfectly listen to it in "song-edit"-mode. But when I listen to the melody in "song-play"-mode, some of the sounds have changed (and sound terrible). I know this can´t be answered with few words only - but if somebody could guide me in the right direction I would be more that greatfull! Could it possibly have anything to do with the set-up of the small pc-keyboard I´m using? Regards, Erling, Denmark

Hi everyone. Sorry if this question sounds stupid but i'm just starting and i'm still a Midi debutant. Ok, can i use the four ER1 synth engine to process the voices of a Yamaha rm1x (or any other synth) via midi. Will i get a new area of sounds by doing so or i'm better off just fideling with the rm1x alone.

Of course i want tu use the ER1 for drums but i was wondering about this option. Thank you !

Simon
